By using EasyM2 you accept that the service is a platform for publishing and discovering property listings. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content. EasyM2 is not a party to a sale, lease or brokerage transaction unless a specific service explicitly states otherwise.

Prohibited use

• False or misleading listings.
• Publishing a property without the right or authority to advertise it.
• Misuse of photos, identities or contact information.
• Malware, phishing, automated abuse or attempts to bypass marketplace protections.

EasyM2 may remove or restrict content and accounts that breach these rules, subject to applicable obligations and user rights.

Refunds for purchased credits

Zahtev za refundaciju podnosi se putem kontakt email adrese uz podatke potrebne za identifikaciju uplate. Refundacija se razmatra u skladu sa okolnostima konkretne transakcije, važećim propisima i pravilima pružaoca platnih usluga. U slučaju pune ili delimične refundacije, odgovarajući broj kupljenih, a neiskorišćenih kredita biće uklonjen sa korisničkog naloga. Ako su krediti već iskorišćeni, refundacija može biti odbijena ili proporcionalno umanjena, osim kada obavezni propisi nalažu drugačije.
