Before sending money

Verify the identity of the owner, agent or agency.
Request appropriate documentation and verify authority over the property.
Do not send a deposit based only on messages, photos or pressure to decide immediately.
Be especially careful with unrealistically low prices or a party who avoids a viewing/video call.
Do not enter banking or login details into links sent by an unknown person.
